1.Boil lots of water in a large pot and cook noodles in this. In advance, remove band and spread out noodles when putting in water. Stir gently with chopsticks. (More than 3 liters of water is recommended for 5 bunches of noodles.)
2.Check the thickness of the noodles, and calculate the boiling time at high heat. (Be careful the water doesn’t boil over.)
3.After noodles are boiled, strain water and cool using running water while gently washing by rubbing. (Be careful not to burn yourself.) *Consume as soon as possible after cooking.
